Where does this pay for itself?
Ask for the workflow, the baseline, and the annualized return. A demo is not an answer. If nobody can name the work it takes out, or the demand it creates, it is not ready to buy.

Who owns whether the business actually changes?
A vendor owns the license. A trainer owns the workshop. Someone has to own the outcome: what gets built, what gets dropped, and the number you check every quarter.

What happens after the first project?
Ask who stays, who on your team can run the next one, and when you will look at the return and decide again. A first project is the start of a program. Someone has to still be there for the second.
